Adding Items to Planning Center

As we use Planning Center for all of are services and events, this tutorial shows you how to add songs (or other items) to particular service/event.

1. Navigate to the service or event you would like to edit and add songs to

2. Next, go to the part of the service you want to add the item to. For example: "Pre-Service" "Worship Set" or "Riverzone Set." Hover the first item underneath the gray title bar, and select the green "+" icon.

3. Fill out your item name and be sure to give it a duration. NOTE: If you are adding a song, you can click the "link a song" button and add your song from the library. This will bring in chord charts, arrangements, and other necessary information.

4. Once you are done, click "Accept" and then you can click and drag your item anywhere in the service.
