What? This position is responsible for giving technical oversight for the entire service to ensure smooth service.

Where? FOH to the left of audio engineer

Pre-Service (8:30 - 9 AM)

• Check-in with Broadcast Team / Projection Team / Audio
• Review service on Planning Center to ensure times are added to service
• If videos / special items, check that items are tested and previewed in auditorium

Production Meeting (9:30 AM)

• Host will lead the meeting
• Update any items in Planning Center as meeting progresses

Service Start (9:55 - 10AM)

• Be ready at position 5 min before 10AM
• Ensure stage display and projection screen clocks are in sync
• 1 min before service - Notify worship team through talkback
• 15 seconds before service - Notify worship team
• 5 seconds - "coming to you"
• At service start
  • Fade Master spotlights up to "video" position
  • Hit "worship mode" on house lights
  • Advance planning center
• Advance Planning Center for each song

Worship Transition (~ 10:35 AM)

• Once host transitions to "greet each other"
  • fade Master spotlights down
  • House lights to Pre-Service mode
  • Advance planning center
• After "greet each other"
  • Fade master spotlights up to "video" position
  • House lights to "sermon" mode
