What? This position is responsible for giving technical oversight for the entire service to ensure smooth service.

- Review service on Planning Center to ensure times are added to service
- If videos / special items, check that items are tested and previewed in auditorium

- Update any items in Planning Center as meeting progresses
Service Start (9:55 - 10AM)

- Be ready at position 5 min before 10AM
- Ensure stage display and projection screen clocks are in sync
- 1 min before service - Notify worship team through talkback
- 15 seconds before service - Notify worship team
- 5 seconds - "coming to you"
- At service start
- Fade Master spotlights up to "video" position
- Hit "worship mode" on house lights
- Advance planning center
- Advance Planning Center for each song
