2. Pre-Service: Stream Setup
1. Setup Wirecast
Open
WireCast app
on the LiveStream iMac
Confirm you are
receiving a program feed
in the preview window.
2. Setup YouTube
Open Safari,
go to YouTube
and sign in with Northlands Account
(should already be logged in)
Click on the profile icon on top right, click "Creator Studio"
Go to the Live Streaming -> Events List
Create a new Event
Use the "Sermon Title" as the Event Title
Set the time to
Today, 12pm
Click "
Create Event
"
Upload the first keynote slide as thumbnail
Go to "
Live Control Room
"
3. Connect Wirecast + YouTube
In Wirecast, open the
Output Settings
Connect Wirecast and YouTube by clicking "refresh" icon and selecting the event you created
4. Connect Wirecast + Facebook
No Signal?
There are couple things you can try....
Unplug / plug in the blackmagic Intensity shuttle (Thunderbolt Cable)
Restart LiveStream iMac (fixes problems 9/10)
Sign in/out of YouTube, refresh page
