FOH - A1

Where? At right side of FOH in the auditorium.

Call time - (7:30am) or 30 minutes prior to rehearsal downbeat

  • Power up FOH using the power switch in the top right corner of the FOH rack.
  • Power up main arrays & stage power using the switch on the wall in the rear corner of the room (on the raised platform next to "God's Glory Revealed through Testimony", walk up the stairs and the switch is to your right labeled "stage amps")

Before Rehearsal - (7:30am-8am)

  • Make sure the stage is set according to stage plot and that all cables (microphone, aviom, instrument, and headphone extensions) are either wrapped or ran neatly to their destination.
  • Make sure every Aviom unit on stage has a headphone extension with it. (extra's can be found in the top drawer behind FOH)
  • Replace batteries in wireless microphones; Lead 1, Hand 1, and ear 1. Theses are located in the drawer next to FOH.
  • Make sure all of the patch information is correct in the current show file by checking the patch sheet that will either be printed at FOH or attached to PCO plan.

Soundcheck/Rehearsal (8:00am-8:50am)

  • Check gain structure for instruments and voices as band sound checks.
  • Build FOH mix and make note of who is leading each song, and any cue's & parts for each song.
  • After rehearsal, turn on Hand 1 and be sure the mic is not muted via the switch on the mic itself. Place Hand 1 (with brand new 9V battery) on the front row seat on the stage left side of the auditorium. Again make sure it is already on and un-muted, ready to be picked up and used.
