Forms can be created and placed on any page on the Northlands Church website to capture information and send an email to the admin office or any other email address.

Forms are built and powered by Wufoo please contact Bruce for login info.

1. Create your form in Wufoo
2. Copy Embed code
3. Paste into Cardkit Page
4. Save changes
